Our physiotherapy practice is set in Waterfall Health Centre, Beaulieu Sports Clinic & Jeppe Sports Clinic. Our patients range from young and upcoming sport stars to corporates looking to stay active. At Floyd Lebatie Physiotherapy we are have a passionate staff, who really cares for each patient and are willing to share in your short and long term dreams. We strive to provide every patient with individualised treatments that ensure optimal results. Our special interests are sports and orthopaedics conditions. We have built a reputation of being able to treat both acute and chronic injuries in a creative and refreshing way. We strive to provide holistic and comprehensive solutions to all of our patients. We have ample parking available. I believe in a system of continuing improvement and that it is essential to always be working towards better outcomes and patient experiences.

In our practice, we’re seeing a shift — what we now often call “paddle elbow.” Since the rise of padel, cases have increased significantly.⁠
⁠
Meanwhile, modern tennis techniques like the double-handed backhand have reduced strain on the extensor carpi radialis brevis, lowering traditional tennis-related cases. ⁠
⁠
That said, tennis elbow still appears — especially when athletes go too fast, too soon. Load management matters.⁠
