As this year comes to a close, this is a great time to consider the year you’ve had. Recapping the year helps you put a period in place at the end of one point so you can start fresh and ideally better, next year.

⭐Do you see a difference from last year to this year? Is it positive or negative?
⭐Is there something you regret doing or not doing this year? Will you do something different in future?
⭐Are you happy with your diet? Do you feel nourished?
⭐What are your goals for 2026?
