❓ What’s the most common thing people need your help with?
Weight loss, I find that’s the most common thing people ask me for but there are many facets to weight loss, and I help with all of them.
❓ Do you have an example of a client whose success still makes you smile whenever you think of them?
Yes, there is one in particular. When she started with me, she was not only overweight but also had low self-confidence. As we watched the kilos drop off, we also watched her confidence grow. She is in a much better space mentally and physically now, and I’m proud to have been a part of that journey.
❓How many calories do you typically eat in a day?
My Basal metabolic rate is 1548, I know this from my InBody measurements. So, on a normal training day about 1700 – 1800 calories. On a day that I rest, like a Sunday I try to stick to 1600 calories.
