Ensure your sources are reputable and qualified, see if research has been cited and it’s not just some thumbsucked information made up by someone trying to sell a product or a hallucination from AI.

Hi! I'm Claudia, and I thought I'd answer a few questions I've gotten, so that you can get to know me! ☺️

❓Why do you do what you do?
I was battling with weight gain, IBS, endometriosis, high cholesterol, and every new doctor had new advice and new medication, and I felt like if I was battling to get the right advice and a solution. I thought, others must also be battling, so I wanted to start a holistic women’s health facility.

❓What qualifications do you have?
Initially after school I did a BCom honours in Business Strategy and then an Advanced Certificate in Sports Science and a Diploma in Nutrition, am also a certified DNA practitioner, and First Aid Certified.

❓What’s your favourite thing about what you do?
Seeing happy clients who achieve their goals.

The Norwegian Protocol or 4x4 Method is a style of HIIT training that is rapidly gaining popularity. This method will help improve your VO2max, strength, mobility, endurance, and balance. It is gaining attention as a high‐efficiency cardiovascular endurance strategy.
