I know what it feels like to be disconnected, physically, mentally, and emotionally. There were times when I felt stuck, depressed, or like I’d lost touch with myself.
However, I realised there was nothing wrong with me. I was just disconnected from who I was, and what brought me joy.
Yoga became something I needed rather than something I squeezed in. That realisation led me to leave my corporate career over eight years ago and begin creating spaces where women could slow down, reconnect, and feel again.
Since then, I have guided hundreds of women through movement, breath, ceremony, reflection, and meaningful experiences that support them in returning to themselves.
My work is grounded and soulful, practical and intuitive. It is designed for women who have built full lives yet feel a quiet pull for something more honest, more embodied, more true.
