This year's Open tested our fitness and grit in ways we didn't expect.... It also showed us the importance of wrist strength and mobility.😅

A lot of us start out with CrossFit or weightlifting coming from a desk job or an 8 to 5 job that we really don't use our bodies in a functional way. This creates mobility issues and joint weaknesses that can take weeks and even months to improve.🙄
