🦠Looking to up your vitamin C intake? Give Red Bell Peppers a go!

Red bell pepper contain a whopping ☝🏼95mg of vitamin C compared to oranges (better known for it’s vitamin C content) coming in at 70mg of vitamin C per serving.

Needless to say, Red Bell Peppers deserves far more attention for it’s vitamin C content!

While we are still navigating the second wave of cover-19, it’s important to ensure adequate vitamin C intake from the diet.

Lentils can be added to many of your favourite dishes to increase the prebiotic content of the meal. Next time you make Spaghetti Bolognese, add some red split lentils to the lean mince sauce. Delicious!
