ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong people skills, exceptional communication, and a passion for matching top talent with leading South African and international companies.
This role combines recruitment expertise, relationship building, business development support, and exceptional service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle across various industries.
Source, screen, interview, and shortlist high-calibre candidates.
Advertise vacancies using multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal database).
Prepare professional candidate motivations, summaries, and market insights.

Client Engagement
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Support business development initiatives and understand client hiring needs.
Ensure exceptional service delivery and quick turnaround times.

Candidate Management
Provide regular updates, feedback, and support throughout the hiring journey.
Manage expectations and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and organised recruitment records.
Administration & Reporting
Track recruitment activities using internal systems and reporting tools.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and data accuracy.
Assist with documentation, referencing, and onboarding support.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience (agency or corporate).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work under pressure.
A proactive approach with a passion for people.
Tech-savvy with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and recruitment systems.
Ability to meet deadlines and exceed targets.
High energy, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.

Future Careers is a growing South African recruitment agency with expanding brands. We’re seeking a proactive, organised individual to support our Managing Director across recruitment operations, business functions, and multi-brand social media.
This hybrid role requires someone switched on, confident, tech-savvy, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy variety, love people, and thrive on keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are hiring a Recruitment Researcher & Executive Assistant who will play a dual role:
1. Recruitment Support — sourcing candidates, screening CVs, conducting references, and supporting recruitment processes.
2. Executive Assistant — managing diaries, assisting with communication, and overseeing social media for three brands.
You will work closely with the Managing Director to drive operational excellence and brand visibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment Research & Talent Support
Source candidates across job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals
Screen CVs, contact candidates, verify experience, and gather key information
Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars
Draft candidate summaries and conduct reference checks
Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation

Executive Assistant Support
Manage the MD’s diary, priorities, and workflow
Assist with emails, follow-ups, and communication
Prepare the MD for meetings and deadlines
Provide administrative support and take initiative

Social Media & Brand Management
Plan, schedule, and post content across three brands
Monitor engagement, inboxes, and comments
Support content ideas, captions, and storytelling
Ensure consistent online presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok
Report on analytics and platform trends

General Support & Coordination
Coordinate projects, events, and internal initiatives
Maintain confidentiality
Support documentation and presentations
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with the MD

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills and professional manner
Confident on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, CapCut, and Canva
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, solutions-driven, and able to work independently
Comfortable speaking with candidates and conducting phone screenings
Recruitment or EA experience advantageous but not essential
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Recruitment Researcher sources, identifies, and qualifies candidates across retail, FMCG, logistics, finance, and more. You will work closely with Talent Specialists to ensure accurate information and fast turnaround times. This role is ideal for someone entering recruitment or progressing into a 360° Talent Specialist position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidate Sourcing & Research
• Conduct targeted searches across job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and networking channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines
• Screen CVs and profiles for skills, experience, and role fit
• Assist with drafting adverts and posting vacancies

Candidate Engagement & Screening

• Prepare summaries and formatted CV profiles for Talent Specialists
• Conduct reference checks

Administrative Support
• Update candidate records in internal systems
• Maintain trackers, spreadsheets, and reports
• Assist with background checks and documentation

Team Collaboration
• Work with Talent Specialists to prioritise roles and sourcing strategies
• Participate in team meetings and recruitment planning
• Support client deadlines with urgency and professionalism

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong research ability and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure
• Tech-savvy (LinkedIn, job portals, Excel/Google Sheets)
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous recruitment/HR experience beneficial but not essential
• HR/Recruitment qualification advantageous
