According to the Chinese zodiac, we will only move into Year of the Horse on 17 February 2026.

I don't know about you, but I'm very much feeling the final shed of Year of the Snake - starting this year slowly and cautiously.

It is a potent time to release old habits and patterns that hold us back. We need to clear the path so that the horse can gallop freely.

Come be with yourself, with us, with the sunrise, and support yourself through the final shed.
