Vocal somatic resonance to support the integration of ease, confidence, and flow into the areas of our lives, where stress has been prevalent in our patterning. The current new moon in Ta**us supports the introduction of cultures of surrender and acceptance. By accepting things as they are, we allow ourselves to receive that which nourishes us. By choice and through practice, we release the negative energies that come with stagnation in the flow of our energy fields. With full presence in every breath and sound, we are offered an opportunity to hone our intention as we apply our attention to the revitalisation of our energy bodies. Remember, where attention goes energy flows.

As sound amplifies intention, the above four principles ensure that this practice has a healing effect. By taking this time to practice functioning outside of ’flight, fright or fight’ mode, inspiring heart-brain coherence and remembering flow state, we activate the body’s natural drive to self heal.
