Good morning!
As we start out our 2024 journey I want to share the following with all my clients/ friends.
"Personal power is nothing more than channeling your energy in your physical body and subconscious mind to control your life. Part of owning your power is being a spiritual warrior in your life. NEVER GIVING UP AND HAVING THE WILL TO LIVE IS REALLY POSSESSING THE WILL TO FIGHT.
Yoga teachers that life is not only a school but also a battlefield in which you are trying to get to the top of a mountain. Progress many times entails taking three steps forward and slipping back two, again and again, until you reach the top. This is the nature of life for everyone on the spiritual path. The most important thing is not to quit."
