There are some things in life that will happen, and you will have to just let them go, without having answers to your questions. We won’t always know the reason for everything. We won’t always know every answer to every question. And people won’t always be honest with us, or even themselves. But you cannot torture yourself with figuring everything out - there can be reasons that start in childhood for someone’s behavior. Sometimes, you just have to let it go. Because once you understand that “figuring it out” is less important than your freedom, you will have peace of mind. And your peace of mind is more important than any question you have.
