Parent checklist:
• Constant water supervision (no “just for a minute”)
• SPF 50 Sunscreen + protective clothing
• Regular hydration
• Scheduled rest breaks
• Clear rules around water play

💡Timing tip: Water + shade breaks every 30–60 minutes, and reapply sunscreen every 2 hours (and after swimming)
