This patient came in unhappy with her yellow and mottled teeth appearance.This is most likely cause by fluorosis .Groundwater in most parts of South Africa is known to have high concentrations of fluoride causing mottled teeth.In office bleaching managed to achieve an excellent result. She will need further top up bleaching to get the results more harmonious but for now we have a very happy patient .

This case was done over a period of 2 years. This patient was unhappy with her discoloured teeth which were stained from a lifetime of smoking , and it had vertical fracture lines.The first crown(right lateral incisor) was done in Feb 2023 and the two central incisors in Feb2025. As you can see a beautiful result was obtained . The left lateral incisor will be done next year.

Here is a step by step guide how we restored the tooth . First a root canal was done. Then a post and core and slight crown lengthening. Finally a crown was prepped, fabricated, then cemented
