Sports psychology for Parents: The post game/event reflection for an athlete is crucial to set them up for next time. Parents can make or break that moment for the future of the athlete's success.

➡️ Save this for your next game day.

🏃‍♀️ ’ve fallen… and I’ve started over — more times than I can count.

Running has taught me resilience. Every setback — injury, burnout, tough days — has pushed me to start again. That’s why I create my programs with passion and care. I enjoy to see how new runners find themselves through my programs.

With my background in sports science & sports psychology I don’t just give you a plan — I guide you mentally too. Stay motivated, overcome mental blocks, and enjoy the process. I’m personally available if you need advice along the way.

✨ Choose your path:
Option A: One-off program + direct access for some extra advice.
Option B:App-based program with strength & mobility + ongoing coaching and guidance

💌 DM me to grab your program.

What drives you to show up — again and again — even on the hard days?

Motivation isn’t just mental; it’s neurological. 🧠
When you’re connected to your “why,” your brain releases dopamine — the chemical that fuels drive, focus, and reward. But here’s the catch: your brain needs reminders. Without them, that motivational spark fades.

That’s why this Motivation Check-In matters.
Pause. Reflect. Reconnect.

✨ Revisit your answers often — your WHY is your fuel. Don’t let it run dry.

My Story

Every Sports scientist believes that he/she will become someone great! We are competitive by nature; we push our bodies thinking that we can do it all. I developed a strong love for the art of movement and the grace of a runner in mid-air.
