My Wellness practice is about the reclamation and liberation of self through rewilding women's wellness. 🐺

I was born with an autoimmune condition that affects every cell and bodily process.
Being doomed by doctors to live a subpar life has gifted me some serious life experience, determination, empathy and understanding of others suffering.

👉 My refusal to accept the doomed fate laid out by doctors started a journey of questioning, learning and discovering a range of holistic healing sciences and modalities that are just too good not to share!

My studies and more importantly my ongoing lived experience gives me the confidence to guide you on your journey to remembering, reclaiming and liberating your Wildish self. 🐺

⚕️I now see my health conditions as an invitation to live deeper. I treat each wellness barrier as an initiation to get to know myself and this thing we call life better.

I strive to live a life in commune with my

👁️body and
🦋spirit.

🧡 Healing isn’t about fixing what’s been broken; it’s about nourishing what’s been rejected.

For years, I believed healing meant fixing myself. Patching up the parts of me that illness had "damaged."

I have and to some level still do chase cures, protocols, and perfection, thinking if I just did everything right, I could attain some ideal version of health. But the more I fight against my body, the more disconnected I become.

👉 Psychological research now confirms that self-compassion lowers levels of pain, inflammation, and emotional distress. When we meet our bodies with acceptance instead of resistance, our nervous system shifts out of survival mode, allowing for deeper healing both physically and emotionally.

So now, my healing isn’t about “fixing”, it’s about tending to the parts of me I once abandoned.
The exhaustion I dismissed, the needs I silenced, the softness I saw as weakness, the parts of my Identity I suroressed to keep others happy.

✨ Healing is in the nourishment, not the repair.

Self-compassion is not a single moment of awakening; it is a practice, a tending to the self with the same care we might offer a dear friend.

👉 Some days, it looks like placing a hand over my heart and whispering, You are doing enough.

👉Other days, it means allowing myself to grieve, to acknowledge the losses illness has brought without rushing to find silver linings.

🔥 These practices have become anchors:

Somatic listening—tuning into the language of my body, honoring what it needs.

Mindfulness meditation—not to escape discomfort, but to be with it, to soften into the present moment.

Journaling as ritual—noticing the stories I tell myself, rewriting them with tenderness.
