Leg day always presents a new challenge 🔥

A lot of the time, I prefer to start with hamstrings. Once there’s some blood flow in my hammies - squats, lunges, leg press etc always ‘feel’ better.

Throw in some FST-7 every now and again to really get into those deeper muscle fibers 😉

Ever tried bicep curls with a band?
— you can use a band or a cable if you’ve got access to one.

The key: full stretch at the bottom, massive squeeze at the top.
Don’t rush it, just feel it. 👊
