Our bodies move through the day, while our minds replay the past or rush ahead to whatโ€™s next. And slowly, we lose touch with ourselves.

Grounding isnโ€™t about forcing calm or escaping life.
Itโ€™s about gently returning โ€” again and again โ€” to this moment, this body, this breath, this presence.

When we meet the now fully, balance begins to restore itself.
