With just a few ingredients, you can create a natural kitchen spray that helps clean surfaces, freshen the air, and cut through grease while leaving behind a bright citrus scent.

Lemon essential oil works beautifully in this recipe because it helps break down grease and instantly gives the kitchen that clean, fresh feeling. If you want to change things up or add extra cleaning support, you can easily swap the oil.

Alternative oils you can use:
>> Tea Tree – supports hygienic cleaning
>> Thyme – strong support for heavily used surfaces
>> On Guard – a warm, spicy blend known for its cleansing properties
>> Abode – designed specifically for natural household cleaning

So proud of our 2 mares!
Both had clear rounds in their jumping classes yesterday!

I applied 2 drops of dōTERRA Balance to their polls before the warm-up and it made a huge difference in both of them.

Balance is a grounding essential oil, helping to ease feelings of anxiousness and promotes feelings of tranquility and full body relaxation.

*I only use dōTERRA oils on my animals as their oils are certified pure!
