Our practice is seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Secretary for a half-day position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcoming and assisting patients in a professional manner
• Managing appointments and telephone enquiries
• Handling patient files and basic administration
• Processing payments and medical aid claims (experience advantageous)
• Maintaining confidentiality and a calm front-desk environment

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a medical receptionist/secretary (preferred)
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages advantageous)
• Computer literacy (appointments systems, email, basic billing)
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure

Working Hours:
• Half-day position

Location:
• Meyer Medical, Paarl

Salary:
• Market-related, based on experience
