It's good to be mindful of the words that you utter. I agree with Lynn. Don't say the word hard out loud because the mind remembers it and tries to hold on to 'hard'.

Got this book for two years from a dear friend who was decluttering her home. I have read the trilogy 'Conversations with God.' This one was written after.

I'm already enjoying this one, 25% through!
