A true gift for me to have read this book. 📕

📕 I read this book because I dreamt about Prins Harry.

I am glad I did because it just revealed more truths and I love truths from the horses mouth, not twisted facts to sell newspapers.

I took much from the book, it was well written and could sense and feel his personality, hear his charm and reckless thinking in younger years.

I cried the entire chapter of how a twelve year old boy lost his mother. That same boy that later fled his country to protect his wife and child.

Harry has a cunning sense of humor even making the Queen laugh a week before her passing.

I loved reading how Diana's spirit showed up at poignant moments. Those I found highly relatable.

So, I am happy to have read this book because:
📝 I'm authoring my own.
♥️ I am Lady Diana's fan and read her book.
🗣 I love a personal story built on truth and inspiration.

Nothing about it was controversial, more truthful.

🎄Big thank you to Mandie Erasmus and HEART NPO for the Christmas lunch invitation.

I was blown away by the level of detail, beautiful decor and delicious food.

I was moved by the level of diginity with which she treat homeless people.

Most of all, I was touched by those at my table saying how they have changed in the last few months because of the programs Heart NPO runs and how they treat each individual.

I am proud to be able to assist you.

Mandie gave each person a R300 Shoprite voucher because the Lighthouse will be closed over the festive time so that the homeless can buy essential food.

I love my volunteer coffee mug gift, so thoughtful!

✨️ Holding Space ✨️

This is a very important concept especially if you're infront of a crowd of people.

It means you create the space in your energy field to make others feel safe and secure. You hold it, on an energetic level.

There is no thinking involved.

What happens between you and the audience is a felt sense of expansion, it travels through your words and your beingness.

This frequency helps others to open up, relax and receive the message.

Be very conscious of what energy you bring to a room because others can feel it and your energy never lies.
