Making a decision to come to therapy, choosing a therapist and starting the therapeutic journey can be very daunting and I commend you for taking the first step.
Consider the following in your life: what you think, you feel and you live. Therapy can be a space where you explore this interconnection between your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. It can be a place you align yourself with things that are important to you in order to live the life you desire.
