Return to your breath. Return to yourself.
As we breathe, we begin to listen.
The breath teaches us how to be β steady, patient, kind.
It carries us through the storms of life,
reminding us that peace is not found outside of us,
but in the quiet rhythm within.
With every inhale, we soften into what is.
With every exhale, we return home to ourselves.
