The spiral turns… and so do we 🌿

Zen Little Yogi began as a space for little ones — for stories, imagination, and gentle beginnings.
And over time, just like life does, this space evolved.

What started with children slowly became a sanctuary for women.
A place to soften.
To ground.
To feel safe again in the body.
To breathe without rushing.
To move without forcing.

As my own journey deepened, so did the work.
The focus shifted toward nervous system regulation, gentle strength, and holding space for women who carry so much — quietly, bravely, daily.

And so, with intention and love, Zen Little Yogi is evolving into:

Root & Rise

A space rooted in stability, safety, and grounding —
and rising into strength, resilience, and self-trust.

The heart remains the same.
The spiral remains.
Only the container has grown.

Zen Little Yogi will continue to live on as the home for children’s stories and books.
And Root & Rise now holds the work for women — where movement feels safe, and breath feels easy.

This is not a new beginning - it is a deeper one 🤍

As women, we don’t see our own magic.

We forget how strong we were to survive what tried to break us.
How brave we were to break cycles.
How powerful we are for standing in what we believe.

We get so caught up in life that we forget to pause and say —
“I am proud of myself.”

You have fought battles no one knows about.
You have carried homes, families, emotions, expectations.
You have walked through fire and still chosen love.

We are not here to compete.
We are here to rise together.

Compliment the woman in the shop.
Smile at your sister in the street.
Lift her spirit — you never know what she is carrying.

This is not ego.
This is self-love.
This is self-respect.

We are the alchemists.
The energy protectors.
The quiet strength.

It is time we recognise our own magic — and each other’s. ✨🌿

🌈 My Rainbow Body – A Family Yoga Story 🌈

This story began as a gentle way to help little ones explore their bodies, feelings, and inner colours — and it slowly grew into something playful and powerful.

Through storytelling, yoga, and imagination, children are invited to meet their rainbow body, move through different colours, and discover how emotions can be explored rather than feared.

At our next Family Yoga Day, we’ll journey through the story together, play, move, and create — and each child will take home a colourful mindfulness kit to continue the adventure beyond the mat.

This experience is designed for curious hearts, big feelings, and families who love learning through play 💛
