Tshepo Shai, a teenager who tragically lost his life after being swept away by the Selati River during the recent floods on the 18 January 2026 that wreaked havoc in Limpopo and Mpumalanga, was laid to rest on 27 January 2026, in GaMashishimale, Phalaborwa.

Living Memories Funeral Services assisted three families who had lost their loved ones due to flood in Limpopo for free.
