This Valentine’s Day, let’s flip the script.
Instead of waiting for love from others , let’s start with the person in the mirror - YOU!

HOW TO JOIN THE :

1️⃣ Stand in front of a mirror
2️⃣ Look yourself in the eyes and say, “I love you”. - Yes, out loud!
3️⃣ Write a self-love note on your mirror (use lipstick or sticky notes!). Here are some examples:
❤️You are worthy
❤️You are enough, just the way you are
❤️You deserve the same love you give to others
4️⃣ Take a pic of your mirror message and share it! 📸💕
5️⃣ Tag on instagram or on Facebook and use so I can hype you up !
