Situated in tranquil surroundings, anchored by one of the city’s historical homes, it has been taking care of seniors in the Maritzburg community for more than 40 years. It is home to 132 senior residents in a range of facilities including independent living, board and lodging, and frail care. These varied facilities cater to all possible living options including affordability.

Marian Villa was thrilled to celebrate the arrival of Spring with our annual Spring Hat tea, so very kindly sponsored by J Leslie Smith attorneys. Residents outdid themselves with their creativity, the hats were beautiful, quirky and generally joyful. The morning was elevated to distinction by St Charles Junior school Choir and music ensemble. Capitol Caterers provided a superb spread for a very wish tea. It was a wonderful morning thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.

Residents loved the outing to the ....... rail in Bisley this Friday . It included a picnic tea under the trees, which was much enjoyed by all.
Marian Villa is so grateful to Pietermaritzburg Model Engineering Society for this special entertainment that provides such fun for our residents, and in particular, for our less mobile residents. To get out and about is always a treat for them. Many thanks to all who made it possible.
