Step by step, we created a dedicated space to help people build healthy habits and a healthier lifestyle.

While our full HTT Wellness Centre — including Chiropractic and Homeopathy — will expand in the future, our Nutrition Club is already here to serve the community.

Helping people lose weight, gain healthy weight, and most importantly, build sustainable healthy habits.

The best decision I've ever made!!!

A friend from work told me about HTT Natural Healing Centre. A while later at my wits' end, suffering with:
●just had my 6th miscarriage,
●chronic asthma,
●50kgs over weight(I suffered to lose weight),
●tired all the time and
● my body felt it was about to give up.
● I have also suffered with debilitating period pains that would render me speechless, emotional and exhausted.

I have been to 5 well known gynaecologists in PMB as well as a clinic in JHB with no help. I decided to give Htt a try. After my first session my chest opened up and my breathing improved. After my third session the cramping and random pains in my body were completely gone. In the third week of treatment I got my period and I was in total shock, I had no pain!!!! I couldn't believe it! For the first time in years I wasn't in pain! I am very happy with the service I am receiving. John has been very upfront and honest about how he can help me. No false hope. I have lost a dress size in three weeks by following the diet Usha and John have prescribed. If this is what just 3 weeks has done, I'm super excited about the future!
