Join us for an engaging INSTOPP mentorship session facilitated by Sheldene Reynolds, esteemed occupational therapist and head of OTASA’s Coding Committee.

Most therapists are already well-versed in the coding descriptors, so this session goes beyond the basics. The focus will be on real-world application: attendees are encouraged to bring their practical coding and billing questions to the table and have them addressed directly.

The mentorship session is designed to be practical, collaborative, and empowering—a space where knowledge meets experience to support therapists in delivering ethical, effective, and financially sustainable care. Its interactive format will ensure that participants not only gain clarity on their own challenges but also benefit from the collective wisdom of peers by sharing experiences, insights, and solutions, leaving with a deeper understanding of how to navigate coding and billing in everyday practice.
