We all know those long hours of hitting the books can take a toll, but have you thought about how your posture is affecting your body (and even your focus!)?

Slouching, craning your neck, or hunching over a desk can lead to tension in your shoulders, neck, and back, sometimes even giving you headaches.

So, check your posture! ๐Ÿช‘โœจ

โ–ช๏ธKeep your back supported and shoulders relaxed.
โ–ช๏ธScreen or books should be at eye level to avoid straining your neck.
