This year, no pre-booking is needed.
Simply arrive at the venue for your next session and dive in.
If your plans change or you're feeling spontaneous, you're free to explore something else instead — there's a full day of activities to dip into. Arrive early for your "must-do" sessions, and let the rest unfold as your own personal adventure.

Only the Mindfulness Walk with Sally and Foraging for edible weeds with Nikki need sign-ups at the registration desk on arrival.

Follow your flow, explore freely, and make the day your own!

If you'd like to freshen up after a workout, you are welcome to make use of the hot shower at the venue (at the top of the central walkway next to the loos).
