DONE! This is a wonderful word and phrase, "I am done!" I have completed it, and I have finished what I set out to do! This week, let us restore the joy of being "done" when we get things done. Let us refrain from rushing on or looking back and beating ourselves up for it not being perfect. Or hesitating doing the last bits because we want it just right and perfect! ♡ Enjoy getting it done...

Some days, we need to remind ourselves that we can trust ourselves. We can trust that our bodies tell us what they need, and we can listen. Trust that we feel ALL our emotions, and not just the "good ones". We will know what we need to do to express them and give them a voice... take a moment to wonder if you trust yourself ♡
