Business started on the 25 July 2009, I Anton Holby have been undertaking for a number of years, I started as a Hearse Driver for a local undertaker, then advanced to be an Assistant Manager for a National Funeral Company and then became manager of a National Funeral Branch. Later i decided to establish my own company and by God’s Grace i’ve succeeded. Holby Funeral Home is involved in the community and a big part of the company’s ethos is to give back to the community wherever we can. In the past years we have built a reputation as a caring, reliable funeral home that people turn to in their time of need, no matter their financial situation. Our office is conveniently located at 29 Cedar Road in Woodlands to consult with families about funeral arrangements. A range of tombstones are available and we arrange cremations and burials throughout South Africa. Holby Funeral Home is a Funeral Home designed to aid bereaved and mourning families - not only to render a service to them but to help them say goodbye and to comfort them during this time. "I never looked at business as just a funeral, but to me it was the honour of being asked by a beareaved family to help them say Goodbye to their loved one and to do it the way i know best." Holby Funeral Home attends to all details, from arranging the funeral service , choosing a coffin or casket, and choosing a tombstone. We even go to the extent of arranging catering, Pastors and Priests and places of worship to accommodate grieving families and friends

Holby Funeral Home currently have an excellent funeral insurance scheme in association with Sanlam and Safrican, that is available for all ages, the insurance policy not only covers the cost of a funeral but any excess that is left is paid out to the family of the deceased, something that other policy houses don’t offer. All mentioned policies are cash payouts therefore its the family’s decsion to use Holby’s or another service provider.
