During Stress Awareness Month, we’re reminded that stress doesn’t always come from one big moment - it often builds quietly, day by day, especially when you’re carrying so much for others.

If you’re feeling stretched, tired, or simply in need of a pause, you’re not alone.

Sometimes, small steps can make a meaningful difference:
Taking a breath.
Asking for help.
Allowing yourself to rest.

At Robin Trust, we understand the weight that caregivers carry. That’s why we’re here - to offer support, guidance, and peace of mind when you need it most.

You don’t have to do this alone.

Freedom Day is a celebration of dignity, hope, and the responsibility we share to care for one another. 🇿🇦

“There can be no keener revelation of a society’s soul than the way in which it treats its children.” - Nelson Mandela

At Robin Trust, we see every day how care strengthens families and communities. Whether young or old, every person deserves to be valued, protected, and supported with compassion.

Happy Freedom Day, South Africa.

Robin Trust had the privilege of connecting with inspiring young minds at the Healthy Futures Youth Indaba and the response was incredible. Our stall was filled with curiosity, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in building a future in care.

We shared more than just information - we shared a calling. A future where studying home-based care becomes a meaningful career, filled with purpose, compassion, and real impact.

Because caring for others isn’t just a job… it’s a way to bring dignity, comfort, and hope into people’s lives every single day.

If you couldn’t be there, this opportunity is still within your reach.

National Healthcare Decisions Day is a gentle reminder of something we often set aside.

Having conversations about future care isn’t always easy, but it can be one of the most meaningful ways we show love and care for those closest to us. 🤍

At Robin Trust, we’re reminded daily how powerful it is when families feel supported, heard, and prepared.

Take a moment today to:
• Share what matters most to you
• Have an open, heartfelt conversation
• Make your wishes known

Because peace of mind begins with understanding - and love carries through every decision we make.

If you need guidance or support, we are always here for you.

Some journeys leave a lasting imprint on our hearts 🤍

We are honoured to share these kind words from a patient who spent time in our sub-acute unit. It was a privilege to provide care, comfort, and dignity during such an important season.

At Robin Trust, we believe every moment of care matters - and every person we serve becomes part of our story.

Our Story

Robin Trust, Non Profit organization with CARE as our focus: *Caring for patients during their recovery from illness or surgery in our sub-acute/rehab facility. *Offering elderly patients a dignified place of care in our frail care/Alzheimer's unit *Educating Nurses, Community Health and Care workers *Providing care at home and in the community (placement agency).

Robin Trust was founded more than 25 years ago by Leslie when her child became sick and she had to train someone to assist her as a single mom with her child. The need for training of carers became bigger and she continued to train people. Today, Robin Trust is functioning as a 10 bed step-down facility, a 23 bed Alzheimer unit, a college where caregivers are trained and a Care at home placement agency for carers.
