Lions Gate portal , always powerful and always an opportunity to shift what no longers serves us .

Let go of your inner critic so that you can stop judging the world around you so harshly and start focusing on what is good. as within So without ......as above so below .

The only way the world can shift is if the majority of this world has good in their hearts and minds , this good collective energy will raise our consciousness as humans but first we have to clean out the shame , guilt , envy , jealously , unforgiveness etc ....for self and others .

Just let it all go . Stop letting the negative rule our minds , the pain rule our hearts ....we actually have a choice . If there is pain there , feel it , validate it and let it go.

Spend time daily noticing your thoughts , become the observer of your own mind , understand that those thoughts and intentions become your reality over time ..That's manifestions .....lets fill that beautiful mind with what we want and note what we don't want . Just by observing the inner critic and pessimist you cant start to shift it .
