Using science and a combination of techniques I create workouts which support each client as an individual to achieve there maximum fitness goals using Personal training, Yoga, Pilates and Functional ageing techniques She trained in ballet, contemporary modern and tap from age five until early twenties. She then moved on to the fitness arena and participated in body building, yoga,triathlons, fencing and baseball in her later life.
*I studied personal training with HFPA 19 years ago and yoga 20 years ago My expertise and experience lies in body transformation and chronic health conditions. In 2016 I qualified in Exercise is Medicine with Fitpro enabling me to work with clients with various health conditions in the prevention and management of non communicable diseases The programs are designed after a comprehensive health and life style assessment and are based on the clients needs and goals
