Marketing Intern (Polokwane, 12 Months Contract).
Key Responsibility Areas:
• Monitor external social media content relevant to TNS Pay brand • Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends • Assist with general marketing activities including events, email campaigns and corporate client offers • Support planning and ex*****on of consumer marketing campaigns (offline, online and social campaigns) • Create engaging graphics, photos, imagery, video and copy using adobe creative suite • Assist with daily administrative duties. Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification • Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling • Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communication• Generate, edit, publish and share content daily • Build meaningful connections and encourage conversations through dialog and messaging• Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles • Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies • Create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar • Tack and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes • Coordinate promotions and increase reach.
Educational Requirements & experience needed:
• Grade 12/ Matric Qualification • NQF Level 6 or 7 / Diploma or degree in marketing, communication, or related field • Computer Literate in Ms. Word • Digital and social media knowledge • Strong familiarity with business applications of social media • Knowledge of project management and web design best practices • Understanding of social media metrics and ability to interpret the result • Strong written and verbal communications skills • Strong Administrative Skills.
