Good evening people.... There’s an outbreak of listeria in South Africa, foods like sausages and processed meats, uncooked refrigerated foods are potential carriers of the bacteria.... it can cause gastrointestinal symptoms like diarrhea and stomach cramps, other symptoms include fever, muscle aches, headache, stiff neck and flu-like symptoms in pregnant women; and can also lead to death.

As we continue to advocate for consumption of more water than sugary drinks, here are some Tips for drinking more water daily:
✔️Always carry water with you, and also a reusable bottle of water to refill
✔️Make it a habit to drink more water with meals
✔️Set reminders on your cellphone/computer every hour to help you drink water regularly
✔️Increase your water intake when the weather is hot
✔️Put the number of water bottles you'd like to drink the next day in the refrigerator
✔️Drink a glass of water before brushing your teeth
✔️Add fresh slices of lemon, cucumber, mint leaves, lime or berries or any fruit(fresh) of your choice to enhance the flavour of your water
