Role Overview
We’re seeking an organized, compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic clinic. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding service in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations: greet patients, schedule appointments, handle check-ins/check-outs
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communications appropriately
- Verify patient insurance coverage and process billing/payments accurately
-Maintain electronic health records (EHR) and ensure data confidentiality
- Coordinate with physiotherapists to optimize patient flow
- Manage clinic supplies and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in healthcare administration
- Proficiency with EHR systems and MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills and empathetic patient interaction
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance protocols (preferred)
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
