🌻OVERNIGHT WEIGHT-GAIN🌻

You may get dishearten and frustrated when you see the scale value go up over night even though you are eating healthy and exercising. Is it possible overnight? If you have ever found yourself asking this question, you’re not alone. It’s absolutely possible to gain 2 to 3 kgs overnight! It’s not fat and it’s totally temporary. Here’s another reason why homemade is best 🌻

Here we can see that a King Steers Burger WITHOUT chips is 1029 calories. We have made our own version of the steers burger and have saved you so many calories. You can also add oven baked chips and the whole meal is 648 calories 😱

Another added bonus is that this meal is Load shedding friendly. Everything was made in under 30mins, that is the same time it would take you to drive to Steers, order your meal and drive back home.

Although the calorie difference between the beacon egg and the cadbury hens egg is not that different, we should try to look at the sugar difference😉
