Your Knee Pain Might Not Be About Your Knee at Allβ¦
In biokinetics, we look at the kinetic chain - the way your bodyβs joints, muscles, and movements are all interconnected π When one part of the chain isnβt working properly, another part often takes the strain.
π Example: Weak glutes can cause your hips to move poorly, which forces your knees or lower back to compensate. Over time, this can lead to pain or injury, even though the real problem started somewhere else.
This is why simply treating the sore spot isnβt enough.
