We are officially on leave! Thank you to all my amazing clients for allowing me to be a part of their story! We will be out of office until 13 January. For now we will be unreachable so that we can take much needed family time and recharge. Have a blessed holiday!

This quote got me thinking about fear! We all feel Fear and it is so normal! 5 Facts about Fear!

1. Fear will never go away as long as I grow as an individual.
2. The only way to get rid of fear of doing something is to go out and DO IT!
3. Not only am I going to experience fear whenever I am on unfamiliar territory, but so is everyone else.
4. Pushing through fear is less frightening than living with the underlying fear that comes from feeling helpless.
5. The only way to feel better about fear...is to go out and DO IT!

Most importantly, taking responsibility means never blaming anyone else for anything you are! The less you need people's approval, the more you are able to love them!

That is a wrap for 2023! We are opening again on the 15th of January 2024! I am taking a much needed break to spend with the most important people in my life, my family. It has been an extremely busy and blessed year for my practice and I would like to thank each and every client that I have had. Unfortunately for this time period Chante and myself will be unreachable as we take the time to recharge. Have a blessed Christmas break.
