How often does this happen to you?
You drink your pre-workout and immediately after drinking the pre-workout, you get hit with a pre-workout s**t.

It happens. A lot more than people admit.

When you do have a gym s**t, please be courteous:

Flush immediately after dumping the kids off at the pool

Don’t let the stink hang

Leave the toilet spotless

Make sure everything is flushed away

Wash your hands when you’re done

Gym etiquette is part of gym culture.
