My name is Carien Schoeman and I am a Reiki Master, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique and Quantum Shift Exploration practitioner, currently living in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Reiki sessions can be conducted in-person or through the Energy grid anywhere in the world. QSE can be in-person or worldwide via a stable internet connection. I have come to believe that so much of what we're not dealing with emotionally shows up as physical ailments or disease in our bodies and that our belief systems actually create our physical world which might lead to the uncomfortable situations we sometimes find ourselves in. In both cases we have the power to change it - that is the wonder of Reiki, QSE and QHHT. Taking responsibility, which might includes seeking help, empowers us, it makes us creators instead of victims in life. Let's enjoy life and have fun while we are here. Reiki sessions takes about an hour, and a series of sessions might be needed. QHHT and QSE (QSE is split into two sessions) takes about four hours. For many people one session is all they need but there is no limit to the amount of sessions you can have.
