Everything in this class is to the beat, with a new playlist and theme every week. Don’t worry—you don’t need any rhythmic experience. It’s fun, energetic, and will work all those muscles!

Perfect for beginners, recovery days, or when you need a softer flow.

⭐️ 2.5 – 4: Medium / Balanced
A feel-good mix of strength, stretch, and a little spice.

⭐️ 4 – 5: Hard / Spicy
Bring your A-game… and a towel 😅🔥

What a year. What a community. 💫

Here’s our little 2025 Wrapped…

• We turned ONE 🕯️
• We launched SWEAT Pilates — where cardio meets Pilates 🔥
• We introduced Hot Pilates (infrared) and turned up the heat ✨
• We welcomed amazing instructors to the Eden family 🤍
• We hosted a few outdoor Pilates events 🌿
• We ran a Winter Challenge with an incredible giveaway ❄️🎁
• We collaborated with some amazing local brands & people 🤍
• We opened Eden Apparel exclusively for our members

But above all… thank you.
Thank you to every single person who walked through our doors, trusted us, supported us, and grew with us.
