In Early October we ran a Secret Sunset at St Andrew's College 🎉 As the sun set and the headphones glowed in the dark we moved, we danced (there were even flick flacks and cartwheels and skipping like 5 year olds). What an epic way to drop the seriousness and simply be in Joy- together. Here’s to many more sessions where we can play like five year olds and remember we are made of Joy! fans

For those who are new here - welcome! We thought we'd share a little about what Secret Sunrise is. For those of you who have already experienced a session & - we cannot wait to welcome you again!

What Exactly is Secret Sunrise?

We're on a mission to get one million people dancing in Joy every month. We do this through one hour facilitated sessions, which combine music, movement, mindfulness and storytelling delivered through Bluetooth Headphones. The sessions are aimed at creating a safe space to play, and experience freedom and joy! We host sessions at anytime of day, anywhere (indoors and outdoors), for anyone (teambuilding sessions, 50ths, school fundraisers). It's difficult to describe a session - best experienced for yourself!
