Please take note the practice is fully operational until Friday 17th December 2025.

However we will be open on Monday and Tuesday 22nd , 23 rd, 29th and 30th December to assist with your rehabilitation needs and to complete those last minute Discovery Vitality Assessments.

We will then fully open again on Wednesday 7th January 2026.

Introducing Jaime our new team member

Jaime Alcock completed her Bachelor of Biokinetics (Hons, Cum Laude) at Nelson Mandela University.

Originally from Port Elizabeth, Jaime attended Collegiate Girls’ High School, where she developed a passion for exercise and actively participated in hockey, water polo, cross-country, and horse riding.

Known for her humility, strong work ethic, and dedication to putting her clients first, Jaime chose this career path out of a deep commitment to improving the quality of life for individuals with orthopaedic, chronic, and neurological conditions.

Outside of her professional work, Jaime is an avid sports enthusiast, playing competitive hockey (both provincially and for Madibaz Premier league) and enjoys running. She also values spending time outdoors, particularly in nature, and cherishes moments with her family.

Jaime believes that consistency and balance are key to leading a happy life.
