Yogita and IYISA are proud to announce the visit of Michele Higginson to the Eastern Cape in October for a celebration of yoga.

Michele is a Level 2 teacher and enjoys a long line of lineage and connection to Iyengar - her mother is one of the original South African teachers that Guruji taught in India in the 1970's.

Michele started training under David Jacobs in the year 2000 and was inspired to do her teacher training course in 2012, completing her Level 1 in 2015. She more recently completed her Level 2 (Intermediate) certification.

She has a beautiful studio in Gauteng where she teaches Beginner and Intermediate level Iyengar yoga to a growing yoga community.

Join us in October for a day of fun, challenge and deep exploration into the power of Iyengar yoga.
