These biscuits are a pantry-staple in our household. They're delicious and full of fabulous ingredients (dark chocolate included) 😜

We add raisins to ours, which is a controversial ingredient on its own. But they can easily be replaced with more chocolate, white chocolate or nuts.

Absolutely worth the calories and the ideal accompaniment to a hot drink.

Don’t let your weight or your little lumps and bumps detract from the amazing thing your body is.

We often attribute physical strength and greatness to running marathons or hiking mountains but we should look past those constraints.

The fact that your lungs breathe and your heart beats and you can get out of bed every morning - THAT is greatness.

Be in awe of how much your body does everyday naturally and appreciate it’s natural function. It’s a wonderful thing to be alive and we owe it to our bodies to recognise their greatness. ✨

It can be quite a taboo topic but the pelvis shouldn't be underestimated when it comes to the pain and health issues it can cause.

For many of us we focus so much on what we need to lose. Stepping on the scale is a part of our weekly, monthly, maybe even daily lives. If we haven't lost our goal weight, we're upset, angry, disappointed.

In the constant bid for creating a happier, more balanced life for ourselves we're trying out a little mental exercise.

Instead of thinking about taking away, losing weight, or what we want to get rid of, we're going to think about what we can give our bodies instead - more kind words, more positive thoughts, more love, maybe even more veggies.

If you're feeling up to it, take it a step further - think about what you've gained in your life. Maybe it's a new friendship, a special meal with friends, a good hair day.

Replacing a negative with a positive is a small way of getting closer to living a happy life and loving yourself.
