And just like that it is almost November. We look forward to all the busy, happy chaos that is to come with the last months of 2025.

Bend is still open until Friday the 19th of December with all classes running. The slots are filling up quickly so don't forget to reach out and book.
We will open again on Monday the 5th of January 2026.

It's time to look at the exciting year we have coming up, no time to plan like the present - 2026 is going to be packed with gems.

The Bend Back 2 Basics Mat Pilates Course will run for the months of May, June & July.

The Bend Back 2 Basics Reformer Course will run for the months of June, July & August.

The two courses have been planned to run adjacently and can therefore be attended together for students wanting to study both Mat & Reformer Pilates at the same time and at a combination price.
