XpressionSessions Music Music enables us to communicate, express and deal with our feelings in a positive, non-judgemental way.

XpressionSessions offer services including mental health, child health, workshops, music stimulation classes and sound journeys for relaxing. Music enables us to communicat, express and deal with our feelings in a positive, non-judgemental way. A music therapist uses music to start a therapeutic relationship with a client, to address non-musical goals such as speech and language, physical development and movement, mental health, social skills and emotional issues.
