Quinary rhinoplasty to end 2026 🚀

This beautiful woman came to me for her 5th rhinoplasty. We had to use her own rib cartilage to re build her nose.

We are both thrilled with the outcome.

Fortunately he had enough cartilage in his nose that I didn’t have to harvest costal cartilage 🙏🏼

His septum was so skew I had to use an open structural approach to repair it. 👍🏼
