I had two lovely cases yesterday.

The second lady wanted a more aesthetically pleasing nose as well as attending to her skew septum and bilateral obstruction.

I didn’t need to harvest cartilage from her rib to be able to make the changes she wanted as she had enough septal cartilage.

Thrilled with the outcome 🫶🏻😁

I had two lovely cases yesterday.

The first lady wanted a more aesthetically pleasing nose.

We needed to harvest cartilage from her rib to be able to make the changes she wanted.
