Gearing up for a super cool golf day!

I am super excited to be selected to represent South Africa at the AquaBike World Champs in October 2024...
This event will take place in Torremolinos-Andalucia, Spain. As you all know it is crazy expensive but will be a dream come true after a very interesting 12 months! As most know I have been taking part in Ironman for a number of years, however, this year I had to sit on the side line and support...

In May 2023 I received some news that I have four bulging disc's and L2 fracture, more commonly known as a Scotty Dog fracture and Spinal Stenosis. It hasn't completely stopped me from taking part in sport, it has slightly just changed my journey and running is not so much part of the plan at this stage.

I took up AquaBike and well it has worked out pretty well!

I am hosting a golf day on August 1st to raise funds to help me get to Spain and do the best I can!
